● Looking after all the legal aspects of the Company
● Preparing Leave License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc.
● Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc.
● Coordinating with Clients
