Legal Executive - Business Legal

Roles responsibilities:

• Scrutinizing property titles, vetting of property papers.

• Review and Approving of Legal Report.

• Branch Visit and training to local Sales team for legal process.

• Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports. External Vendor management.

• Physically visit the authorities for verification of mortgage property in case of any doubt.

• Tracking/Maintain Legal MIS’s, legal initiation to vendors and file disbursement process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fresher or minimum 6month experience PQE.

• Must be Law graduate.

• Good communication skills.

• Well verse with operations and technologies.
