Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing negotiating legal documents(Contracts, Policies, Vendor Agreement, etc)
Maintenance updating of diverse legal databases(legal cases, Trademarks, Copyrights etc)
Conduct legal research
Review update compliance checklists

Desired Candidate Profile

•LLB/LLM qualification is a must.
•English qualified lawyer.
•Registered with the BAR Council of Maharashtra and India.
•1-2 years of experience in Legal role.
