Job Title: Legal Advocate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced legal advocate to handle all legal matters related to real

estate and property development within our builder’s office. The advocate will ensure that all

transactions, agreements, and compliances are legally sound and protect the company’s interests,

while also ensuring transparency for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale agreements, MoUs, title deeds, and lease

agreements.

• Ensure all projects are compliant with RERA and other applicable real estate laws.

• Provide legal support in property registrations, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition.

• Represent the company in legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, or regulatory hearings.

• Maintain records of all legal documents and correspondence.

• Handle customer legal queries regarding agreements, possession, and documentation.

• Coordinate with government departments and legal authorities as required.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law (preferred).

• Knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, and other relevant laws.

Skills Required:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of property law and real estate compliance.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle legal disputes and client interactions tactfully.
