• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Consultation**: Provide legal advice to management and staff on various legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and regulatory issues.
- **Contract Review**: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, advising on best practices and policy implementation.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including negotiations, mediations, and litigation.
- **Training and Education**: Conduct training sessions for staff on legal compliance, risk management, and relevant legal issues.
- **Research**: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and provide recommendations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of legal documents, agreements, and compliance-related materials.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
