As Legal Administrator, you will draft, review, and electronically archive conveyance deeds, MoUs, redevelopment agreements, and society resolutions; prepare and submit all RERA, NA/UDC, and GDCR filings while tracking stamp-duty, registration, and statutory deadlines; coordinate with surveyors, revenue offices, registrars, and external counsel—including scheduling hearings and reporting outcomes to management; monitor changes in land- and societies-related legislation, update standard operating procedures accordingly, and deliver clear checklists and briefing notes to our project, finance, and sales teams to keep every deal fully compliant.
