Job Description:
1. Oversee the student support team to deliver high-quality services according to SLAs.
2. Ensure seamless examination, application, and student support processes for optimal student outcomes.
3. Regularly interact with participants to monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide motivation.
4. Establish strong relationships with clients and universities while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Evaluate feedback data to pinpoint trends, evaluate program efficacy, and suggest improvements to curriculum, delivery methods, and student support services.
Obtain participant feedback on their academic experiences, program satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Persistently maintain accurate records and reports.
