Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Learning Coach at Saral Startup School. The Learning Coach will be responsible for communication, training development, coaching, curriculum development, and training to empower aspiring leaders through hands-on projects and real client experiences.
Qualifications

• Training Development and Coaching skills
• Curriculum Development expertise
• Experience in Training
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in startups or entrepreneurship is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
