Strategic Learning Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, brand values, and operational excellence.
• Design training programs that support guest experience objectives, brand audits, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead the learning and development agenda across multiple properties, customizing initiatives to meet hotel-specific needs while maintaining consistency.

Program Design Delivery
• Create property-level and corporate training modules on topics such as onboarding, guest service, leadership, compliance, and departmental skills.
• Roll out brand-mandated training programs and ensure property-wise adherence and documentation.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to build learning and development capability within each hotel.

Talent Leadership Development
• Identify high-potential talent and develop structured development programs to support career progression and succession planning.
• Launch leadership academies, supervisory development tracks, and mentoring frameworks across the group.

Monitoring Evaluation
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning effectiveness, including ROI, guest satisfaction impact, staff retention, and audit scores.
• Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with hotel HR and departmental leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Benchmark learning formats against industry best practices, incorporating innovative approaches such as blended learning, e-learning, and mobile learning.

Compliance Reporting
• Ensure training compliance for statutory and brand audits, including POSH, fire safety, FSSAI, data privacy, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain centralized learning and development dashboards, training calendars, and learning impact reports for senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with General Managers, HR Business Partners, and Department Heads to integrate learning with business performance and drive results.
• Build partnerships with external vendors, training institutes, and certifying bodies to enhance learning opportunities.
