Learning |amp| Development Executive
Growexx is seeking for LD Executive, with prior experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the technology sector. He/she will be responsible for creating effective training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives and ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet the demands of the ever-evolving tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of the organization’s training needs and identify skill gaps in the IT department.
• Curriculum Development: Developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and other learning activities that address the identified training needs of the IT department. This may include software development, project management, database administration, and cybersecurity.
• Program Delivery: Delivering training programs in various formats such as classroom training e-learning, webinars, and workshops.
• Technology-specific training: Designing and delivering training programs for new technology tools, software, or applications that the company may introduce.
• Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Managing the learning and development budget and ensuring that programs are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Stakeholder management: Working closely with the IT department heads and other stakeholders to ensure the training programs align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, psychology, education, business, or a related field
• 3 + yrs. of expertise in LD delivery designing, should have experience in delivering behavioural training

• Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
