Leading ADCS Subsystem Development Specialist
ADCS Engineering Manager
Dhruva Space is looking for an experienced professional to lead ADCS subsystem development across multiple satellite missions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining ADCS system architecture, leading ADCS system development and validation, reviewing sensor calibration routines, alignment procedures, and actuator control strategies, owning ADCS simulations using various tools, overseeing mission profile analysis, orbit maneuver planning, and validation, mentoring ADCS engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of spacecraft dynamics, rigid body kinematics, estimation theory, and control techniques. Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and embedded software environments is also required. Familiarity with mission analysis and design tools is a plus.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Controls, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in spacecraft ADCS design, development, and validation.
