Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Sales Representative, located in Gurugram. The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and leading sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role includes developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in real estate sales or high ticket sales in luxury car/jewelry, watch brand.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Gurgaon geographical locations.
• 6 days a week from Wed to Mon with Tuesday off.
• Needs to have a vehicle (2 wheeler/4 wheeler).
• Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
