Job Summary
We seek a Lead Operations Specialist to lead our contract manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will oversee the management of production, planning, and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with contract manufacturers to meet business needs and regulatory compliance.
• Manage product supply through contract manufacturing and transfer pricing units as per market demand within timelines.
• Organize and participate in technical and commercial audits, ensuring compliance with recommendations and findings.
• Prepare monthly production MIS plans and lead product transfers and technology transfer exercises, ensuring continuity of supplies.
• Support research and development packaging development for trials at local labs.
• Support cost improvement projects through yield improvement control on material consumption and responsible for preparation of manufacturing spend budgets.
• Engage in commercial negotiations with contract manufacturers.
• Follow up with materials departments for materials availability against monthly plans and priorities given by logistics departments.
• Review monthly yields and consumptions, analyze, and take corrective action. Guide manufacturing locations for optimization of yields and consumptions of packing materials.
• Handle market complaints and deviations of contract manufacturing sites and local lab sites, reviewing meetings with production and purchase teams.
