Hill County Property Services is seeking a skilled, growth-minded team player to join our crew as a Lead Hand in landscape construction and carpentry.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in hardscaping, grading, interlock pavers, masonry, and lawn care, who is ready to lead a team and take pride in delivering top-tier work.

Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and execute work plans
Perform site grading, interlock installation, carpentry, and seasonal lawn care
Manage materials, job timelines, and assist with team leadership
Work closely with management and clients to meet expectations
Requirements:
Valid G License (DZ is an asset)
2–5 years experience in landscaping or construction
Strong communication and crew coordination skills
Experience reading blueprints
Leadership mindset with attention to detail
