Lead Analytics Developer: Commercial Analytics Incentive Compensation Team
The Commercial Analytics Incentive Compensation team provides analytics, data visualization and incentive compensation support to the Cordis Americas leadership and field sales teams
Flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Data analysis: using statistical models, algorithms, and data visualization techniques to explore data
• Reporting Dashboarding: Prepares reports and dashboards that summarize findings and evaluate risks and benefits
• Design, develop and implement incentive compensation models to track field sales performance, incentive compensation payouts, rebates GPO admin fees
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new sales incentive plans to support multiple new product launch initiatives
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing reporting, dashboarding, incentive modeling and incentive programs
• Analyze and define leadership field sales requirements
• Assist in defining product technical architecture
• Provide accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning to support new product launches
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, IT, and other development teams to support new product launch planning execution
• Write technical documentation and participate in dashboard and report training
• Data collection: Use SQL or Access to create, identify and gather data sets
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven excellent analysis, modeling, process, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Data analysis experience
Experience using Oracle Analytics Cloud
Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred
4+ years of experience in hands-on software development
4+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud and SQL
4+ years of experience in Sales Reporting. Dashboarding, data modeling, data forecasting
