Role Description
This is a full-time role for an advocte with an interest in matrimonial and family law practice. The advocate will be responsible for handling family law cases, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice on family matters. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of family law, matrimonial law, and relevant legal practices
• Skills in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
• Experience in representing clients in court and providing legal advice
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification; enrollment with the Bar Council of India
• Experience in matrimonial and family law is a plus
