Law Clerk - Litigation
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lawyers with various legal tasks, drafting legal documents, researching procedure and navigating the courts, billing, maintaining case files, and assisting in client communication and correspondence.
Qualifications
Experience working in a litigation practice in a law firm
Experience in maintaining case files and legal documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
A Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or Certificate is preferred
