Experience: 4 years onwards
Work description: Drafting With Good Oratory Skill
Requirements:
• Drafting of litigation and non litigation work for high court, complete extensive case-related research into relevant case laws for a particular case.
• Plan and present arguments in a court of law, Tribunal or Authority. Responsible for keeping senior advocates to updated of the progress of a case by creating reports as well communicating verbal.
• Apart from the above, lawyer should have practical knowledge of court procedure and communication.
Salary: As per knowledge, skills and genuine experience.
