We’re looking for dedicated, hands-on Landscape Laborers who aren’t afraid to break a sweat and love seeing a job well done. Whether you’re just getting started or already fluent in the language of heavy machinery, we’ve got a spot for you on our Landscape Construction Crew.
Responsibilities
Work with natural materials like stone, soil, trees, concrete, and wood.
Install features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, fences, irrigation systems, and sod.
Plant trees, lay sod, and maintain vibrant landscapes.
Keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient.
Grow your skills or lead the way—opportunities for all experience levels.
Enjoy working outdoors every day—no fluorescent lights here!
Qualifications
Landscaping experience is an asset
Be able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to take directions and follow instructions
Steel-toe boots gloves
Reliable transportation + valid license
Respectful, professional attitude
Willingness to learn and work hard (we’ll teach the rest!)
