Landscape Construction General Laborer

Looking for a motivated, hardworking, efficient Male or Female to join my Small Elite team of landscapers. This position is a Hybrid mix of hard labor, decision making, and customer service. Includes an Intricate Tiered Training program, company events and merch. Respectful and positive crew culture.

Requirements:

- Must Speak/Write/Understand Fluent English

- Own Transportation preferred, Jobsites can be Outside of City

- Steel toe boots Required

- Hardhat required (Commercial Sites Only)

- Be able to work 10 HR Days in hot weather, (No Rain days, Light Rain maybe)

- Be respectful to Crew, Customers ,and Equipment

- Lift, carry, push, minimum of 40LBS

- Bring Water and Lunch Everyday

Shoveling
Wheelbarrowing
Cleaning Jobsites
Hardscape
Softscape
Possible Operation Of Powered Mobile Equipment
Operation Of Medium/Heavy Tools
Assisting Foreman/Lead with specific tasks
Reading and Identifying Blueprints and landscape designs
Verbal Interactions With Customers/Potential Customers
Pay

- Pay Is Experienced Based, No Experience starting at 17.50/PH

- Paid After Every Project

- If project is longer then 2 weeks, will be paid after 2 weeks of start date.
