To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Land Access Engagement Officer to join our team.

The Role: Reporting to the Process Performance Manager, primary purpose of this role is to protect and strengthen Arrow Energy’s social licence to operate by managing landholder complaints, claims, and land access rule incidents in line with procedures and regulations. The role also ensures consistent landholder communications, maintains key procedures and resources, leads stakeholder awareness campaigns, and drives business and departmental improvement initiatives

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
Actively manage landholder complaints and claims by thoroughly assessing issues, ensuring accurate documentation, investigating incidents, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve timely resolution in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and deliver concise monthly reports to senior management on incidents, trends, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement and reinforce Arrow’s social licence to operate. Lead internal awareness and engagement initiatives to strengthen stakeholder understanding of land access requirements and processes, helping to minimise landholder complaints and land access rule incidents.
Identify, lead, and implement business improvement initiatives within landholder claims, land access rule incident management, and the broader department by monitoring insights, gathering stakeholder feedback, and evaluating outcomes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance in alignment with Arrow’s strategic objectives.
Drive proactive assurance activities across land access procedures, including the accurate recording of landholder interactions and effective document management.
Ensure consistency and quality in landholder communications by developing templates and standard messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and by maintaining and updating the Land Access and Groundwater team’s SharePoint site.

About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Degree qualified or demonstrated communication skills to an equivalent level, including strong written and verbal communication skills such as understanding and communicating technical information (i.e. legislation and regulations).
Proven experience working with a case management system or database i.e. Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
Proven ability to identify key issues and address stakeholder concerns.
Negotiating skills to facilitate the appropriate resolution for disputes.
