Job Title : Manager Learning and Development (DM/PgM) Location : India Bangalore Role Description: We have an exciting career opportunity within the Role based development group of the LD (HR) team. We are looking for a learning agile individual who has strong experience in conducting / facilitating behavioural leadership programs for mid-to-senior level audience in face-to-face virtual mode. It is important to also have good background/understanding in IT delivery/business. Roles Responsibilities: Facilitate behavioural/leadership development sessions for the delivery/business team of an IT organization (especially for the critical role holders and leaders) Strategize and execute the designed charter for Delivery Leaders Conduct need analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements for future programs/workshops Conceptualize design new programs/workshops based on emerging needs through innovative methods channels (e.g., instructor led, e-Learning, blended leaning etc.) Work closely with extended HR teams other stakeholders for execution of programs as well as key LD initiatives across the organization; create visibility of the charter Build continuous connect with leaders to analyse how critical role holders can apply the learnings in their job roles and refine the offerings to enhance learning outcome/impact Create evaluation and improvement methods for enhancing the effectiveness of learning sessions/journeys. Pre-requisites Postgraduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with 12+ years of work experience Strong experience of facilitating training / group learning sessions in soft-skills area Experience/background in IT delivery/business (project/program/account level) Exposure to working as part of a group involved in training, competency building or learning consultation would be an added advantage Should be a self-starter and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization (managing stakeholders) Ability to work with diverse teams Expected to have high Initiative/drive and be learning agile.
