Kitchen Leader Required

At PLACED PTY LTD, we are committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team in Surrey Hills, Victoria, and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding food quality and service.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in commercial cookery, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. They will have a proven ability to work well in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure seamless daily operations.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lead by example in a fast-paced team environment. If you have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our clients' expectations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and efficiency
Develop and refine recipes to enhance our menu offerings
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste
Requirements:

Minimum three years' experience in commercial cookery or relevant work experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
