Cook/Kitchen Hand - BOH Staff
We are looking for passionate and hardworking BOH staff to join our kitchen team!
1. Job Description
As a Cook/Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Supporting chefs and other team members during service
- Following food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
2. Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not essential
- Basic cooking skills with an understanding of Korean cuisine (training provided)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- Valid visa allowing legal work in Australia (e.g., Working Holiday, Student, PR, etc.)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
