Full job description
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Chef with at least 3 years of cooking experience to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Create and execute new seasonal menus showcasing Japanese culinary techniques.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standard.

Oversee inventory management, monitor supplies, and minimize waste.
Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a mid to high-end restaurant.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
