We are looking for a Kitchen Bath Designer to assist in the overall store management of our Greenwood and College Park showrooms in the Indianapolis Market. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, help meet sales and profitability goals and design kitchens and baths. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in kitchen bath design and home remodeling knowledge. Designer responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, sales, customer engagement and satisfaction, and design. This is a base salary with bonus opportunities. Responsibilities
Designing Kitchen Bath cabinet layouts
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Assist store manager duties as needed
Skills
Proven successful experience in the kitchen bath industry
Knowledge of 20/20 or ProKitchen
Ability and commitment to follow up with customers
Entrepreneur spirit and desire to build and grow a new business
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales business training background helpful
