We are 3-star category hotel located in Domlur, Bangalore comprising of 45+rooms.
Our major guests are corporate sector officers who have an enriched taste bud as they visit various restaurants. They have an enriched taste bud. So, we need an assistant cook who can prepare the best quality North and South Indian dishes and also who can improvise new recipes when and needed along with our Head Chef/ Cook.
PROTOCOLS TO BE MAINTAINED WHILE WORKING IN THE KITCHEN:
1. Should be able to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and minimize wastage of cooking ingredients.
2. No food products used for cooking should be left open.
3. Food products stored in the kitchen fridge should be covered properly.
4. Proper maintenance of hygiene is a must.
5. No cooking area shall be left uncleaned and dirty. Proper method for disposal of waste products shall be followed and maintained.
6. Must wear proper uniform and dress code to be maintained.
ROLE OF THE CANDIDATE:
1. Help our head cook in cutting and chopping of fruits and vegetables.
2. Help in the preparation of Breakfast
3. Should be able to keep track of expenses for the following:
a. Dairy products
b. Veg-Non-Veg items
c. Groceries
4. Prepare food for the staffs.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:
1. 10-11 HOURS DUTY
2. MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING THE FOOD QUALITY AND TASTE SHALL BE A PRIORITY.
3. NO WASTAGE IN THE KITCHEN.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
