This is a Zero Hour Contract - The home works on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota (09:00am-18:00pm)
Weavers Court located in Rawdon is recruiting for a brilliantly organised team player to join us as a kitchen Assistant (Bank). Weavers Court is now moving into another exciting phase of building our Team and looking for exceptionally caring people to join us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Always present a compassionate and professional image.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience in working in large kitchen is desirable but full training will be given.
- We are looking for an individual who can support the Chef on daily basis.
- You should have a passion for cooking and serving the food to enhance our residents dining experience and knowledge of national care standards.
- Able to manage own workload including cleaning, washing dishes, labelling food, and keeping kitchen tidy.
- Has good understanding of Hand hygiene, infection Control, HACCP, Waste management, COSHH and environmental food standard agency.
- Experience in stock control, ordering when requires and cook light dishes and prepare refreshment when requires.
- To have good understanding around serving food and presenting to residents or visitors.
- Knowledge of nutritional requirements of how to prepare food to the expectation and nutritional value.
