We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the growth of our HR software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their HR software needs.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure they are fully utilizing our software solutions and receiving maximum value.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and development, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the HR technology or software industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to client management.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other account management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing large corporate accounts.
• Knowledge of the HR industry and trends.
• Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) business model.
