Job responsibility :

- Periodically monitor, review and improve account performance

- Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction

- Manage service issues by working with service assurance team/service delivery team collection teams

- To understand the Customer's business in depth and seek opportunities for business development.

- To ensure that revenue and MRC targets are achieved with increasing company share in given set of accounts.

Span of control : Geographic- Bangalore 1, Chennai 1

Key Customer : External -ISP, Enterprise service providers, Telecom operators

Internal : Product, CSO, Finance, commercial, Technology etc.

Skills :

Necessary : Relationship management, Funnel generation ,Ownership.

Preferred : Telecom Enterprise Product understanding, Prior Telecom / IT experience.

Qualification : BE/MBA

Experience : Manager - 6 - 8 , Sr Manager - 10 ~ 12 years of relevant

Experience in telecom industry - 3 Years
