Key Access Management Specialist
About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Premier Access Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India.
Main Responsibilities:
• A high level of expertise is required in onboarding diverse asset types into PAM, including non-relational databases, cloud-based/non-domain-joined servers, custom web portals, ILO interfaces, and network devices with limited native support.
• The successful candidate will need to be proficient in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate onboarding and access validation based on CMDB asset discovery.
• Integrating PAM workflows with service transition processes and enforcing 'PAM readiness criteria' during provisioning of new assets is also crucial.
• An essential aspect of this role is designing and implementing time-bound, auditable break glass mechanisms and locking down assets to ensure PAM is the sole access path.
• Documenting recovery and escalation scenarios for each asset type, including servers, databases, networks, and portals, is vital for effective problem-solving.
• Creating reusable onboarding scripts with inline documentation, packaged in Word/PDF formats, and authoring SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding guidelines for operational handover is necessary for knowledge sharing.
• Delivering structured training sessions to operations teams on onboarding workflows and automation tools is an important aspect of this position.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade PAM solutions, specifically BeyondTrust, and familiarity with CMDB systems like ServiceNow, including asset lifecycle workflows and API-based integrations, are key requirements.
• A solid understanding of access control frameworks such as least privilege, Zero Trust, and tiered administration models is also necessary.
