Job Description:
• Handling Recruitment Process end to end.
• Also, work as a personal assistant for higher management
• To complete HR formalities like Letter of Appointment letter, Confirmation letter,
• Promotion letter, Increment Letter, Relieving letter, Exit Interviews.
• Processing daily attendance through Musters.
• Payroll Management
• Handling first stage grievance of the employees escalate it to the Management if
• required taking disciplinary action.
• Handling all the queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.
• Responsible for maintaining internal MIS and monthly/quarterly HR reports.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,
• performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Statutory Compliances: ESIC, PF, Bonus, etc.
• Other admin-related work.
• General Accounts work (Cash payment, RTGS work, Prepare cheque )
Qualifications:-
• Graduate in any Discipline
Experience:-
• Fresher - 2 Years
