The Role
As a Junior Customer Service Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging customers and promoting our client brands. Your role involves handling customer enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, while also assisting the marketing team in campaign execution and customer feedback analysis. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service across various marketing campaigns and channels
Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive customer experiences

Collect and report customer feedback to improve marketing strategies
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and marketing projects
