At CGS our people are our greatest assets. We’re looking for a highly skilled IT recruiter to join our team, and to help us find top talent to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US IT recruitment process, with knowledge of resume screening, interviewing, hiring practices, and team management. Qualified candidates will work independently, wear multiple hats and be productive in a remote working environment. Must be flexible to shift priorities as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Screen all resumes looking for key traits that will make candidates successful in in their respective field.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and gatekeeper to the management on all recruiting processes - providing updates on job postings, applicant pool, applicant status, job portal, and interview performances.
• Complete pre-employment and new-hire paperwork with candidates.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process.
• Be able to run the recruiting department to lead a team of future recruiters
