§The selected candidate will be one of the first full time developers in the startup, helping build on the company's existing first released title and build new games

§Candidate has to be a self-starter, and should have a passion to be in the gaming industry long-term and have a well-rounded personality to work with non-tech colleagues

§High performing candidate will be fast-tracked to promotion to play a long-term role in the growth of the company

§This is not a freelance/outsourcing role and so, freelancers are advised to not apply

Qualifications

§B.Tech. in Comp. Science from a reputable institution

§0-1 yearexperience in game development role

§In case of freshers, real hands-on experience in building game projects, which will also be evaluated

Requirements

§Experience in Unity C#

§Expertise in building online real-time multiplayer game development

§Game app development for Android and iOS

§Expertise in one or more programming specialties (artificial intelligence, 3D Rendering, 3D animation, physics, or audio)

§Ability to work on Photon and AWS hosting and deployment

§Working with Google and third-party APIs for dev-ops and monetisation

§Doing staggered version releases of the products through split tests

§A high standard for quality in coding and relentless attitude to debug every identified edge case

§Knowledge of latest gaming trends and technologies

§Strong communication skills to interact with the business and product side of the company
