Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Journeyman Plumber at Topline Pacific Mechanical Ltd. The role is located in Lower mainland, BC. The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for reading drawing, creating layout and managing the crew assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably in high-rise or mid-rise construction
Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including drainage, venting, water supply, and gas systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Solid knowledge of BC and Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations
Experience with Pex, copper, cast iron, and PVC systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding construction environment
Assets (Nice to Have):
Valid Red Seal Journeyman Plumber Certification (B.C. or Alberta)
Experience with mechanical room installations or hydronic heating systems
Familiarity with Foreman or supervisory duties
Occupational First Aid Level 1
Fall Protection and other relevant safety tickets
