Monthly Salary
• Junior Manager (Technical/Non-Technical): ₹30,000/-
• Junior Technician: ₹21,000/-
Educational Qualifications and Experience
• Junior Manager (Production): First-class degree in Production/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Quality): First-class degree inMechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering with ME/M.Tech in Quality Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Design): First-class degree in Engineering Design/Tool Engineering with M.Tech in Defence Technology specializing in Combat Vehicle Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Human Resources): First-class degree with a full-time 2-year MBA/Postgraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Safety): First-class degree in Engineering with ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Finance and Accounts): First-class degree in Commerce/Economics with membership of ICMAI/ICAI or a full-time 2-year MBA/Postgraduate degree/diploma in Finance/Business Economics and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Manager (Marketing Export): First-class degree in Engineering/Technology with a 2-year full-time MBA/Postgraduate degree/diploma in Management specializing in Marketing/Foreign Trade/Economics/Commerce/Business Economics/Quantitative Methods/Statistics and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Technician (Fitter General): NAC/NTC in Fitter General/Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance/Tool Die Maker with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Junior Technician (Machinist): NAC/NTC in Machinist with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Junior Technician (Welder): NAC/NTC in Welder Gas Electric with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview or trade test.
