About the opportunity


Are you a retailer or current / part time hairdresser who loves to share your knowledge of hair brands and products?


We are looking for CASUAL member who would like to work a range of different shifts across the week, including all day shifts and lunch cover shifts.


In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product purchases and providing solutions to customers hair and beauty concerns. Other responsibilities include:


High level of customer service, assisting customers with solutions for their hair type

Visual merchandising across the store

Demonstrating product and styling tools

Achieving retail sales targets

Processing payments and processing end of day tasks

About You


You take pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You are highly organised, willing and able to multitask and provide exceptional customer service at all times. We are looking for someone with:


High level of organizational skills

Excellent communication

Strong customer service skills

Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances

Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment

Previous experience as a hairdresser or beauty therapist not required, but highly regarded
