We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Trade Counter Sales & Warehouse Operations (All-rounder) to join our team. This is a diverse role combining customer-facing sales and day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for trade counter service, handling customer enquiries, and supporting stock management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service at the trade counter, including product enquiries and sales- Handle phone enquiries and prepare customer quotes- Process orders, invoicing, and payments accurately- Receive, organise, and maintain stock and inventory- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for collection or delivery- Assist with general warehouse operations, including stock movement- Work closely with the team to support daily operations
About You
Previous experience in trade sales, retail, or warehouse is preferred- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work across both sales and warehouse tasks- Good attention to detail and organisational skills- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset- Ability to work independently when required.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
