Qualifications
• Proficiency in Healthcare Claims Processing, Document Verification, and Compliance with Industry Standards
• Excellent Customer Interaction and Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Proficiency with Basic Computer Applications and Data Entry
• Team Collaboration and Time Management Skills
• Healthcare industry experience or an educational background in healthcare or insurance fields is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment under strict timelines and performance benchmarks
