DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior to join our team specializing in Service in Kearny, NJ.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Accurately forecast training demand to ensure the organization has the right skills at the right time, aligning training plans directly to business and service capability needs.
Deliver high-quality technical training that strengthens technician and service personnel proficiency in products, systems, policies, and diagnostic tools.
Develop deep subject-matter expertise through train‑the‑trainer sessions and keep all training content current, relevant, and aligned with the latest product updates.
Measure training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and field performance to drive improvements in both content and delivery.
Advance continuous improvement efforts by identifying training gaps, recommending enhancements, and adopting new learning methods or technologies.
Maintain accurate training records to track technician capability, report progress, and support compliance and readiness metrics.
Customize and adapt training programs to meet diverse learner needs, regional requirements, and evolving product or service demands.
Provide ongoing technical support to reinforce learning, ensure proper field application, and elevate overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively across audiences by adjusting tone, depth, and format—ensuring technicians, leaders, and cross-functional partners clearly understand training content, expectations, and outcomes.
Drive measurable results by consistently delivering training that improves technician capability, service quality, and field performance, even under pressure.
Provide a compelling vision for learning, helping learners understand the “why” behind training and motivating them to apply new skills confidently on the job.
Ensure strong accountability, holding yourself and learners responsible for preparation, participation, completion, and application of training.
Build trust through authenticity, demonstrating honesty, reliability, and technical credibility so learners feel supported, respected, and confident in your guidance.
Navigate organizational complexity, understanding policies, systems, and stakeholder priorities to coordinate training needs smoothly across teams or locations.
Plan and align training priorities by forecasting needs, organizing schedules, and ensuring training aligns with broader service capability and business goals.
Commit to self‑development, continuously building your technical knowledge, facilitation skills, and understanding of new tools, technologies, and learning methods.
Adapt to different situations and learners, flexing your delivery style in real time—whether the group needs more hands‑on practice, simplified explanations, or deeper technical discussion.
Deliver engaging, effective training that adjusts to group and individual needs, ensuring learners gain skills they can immediately apply in the field.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
This position will provide in-person training on HMLD products to a variety of service technicians.
The student base will be comprised of CSSNA Technicians, Dealer Technicians, Customer Technicians and end user technicians.
Compensation:
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
