Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards such as Montessori or preschool frameworks.
Support children’s learning in literacy education, math activities, and other core subjects through engaging instructional techniques.
Help manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management strategies and promoting positive social interactions.
Provide attentive childcare and toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support for all students.
Aid in classroom organization, including preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment.
Collaborate with teachers to develop individualized education plans for children with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress and behavioral updates to foster strong home-school connections.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly desirable.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques.
Familiarity with curriculum development for literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management strategies.
Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families.
Ability to support toddlers’ care needs and adapt activities for diverse learners.
Certification or training in special education or early childhood education is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for professional growth is essential.
