Looking for a Front Desk Agent at a Boutique Hotel.

Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk. Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival. Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures. Promptly address guests’ requests. Actively listen to and resolve complaints. Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see. Knowledge of Manhattan is preferred. Previous hotel experience is preferred OR Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
