Overview

As a Senior Textile Designer, you will define the "look and feel" of the modern home across a diverse range of categories such as rugs, decorative pillows, and home décor. You will blend your artistry with commercial intuition to create tactile, trend-forward products.

Key Responsibilities

Create original prints and fabric manipulations for decorative soft goods.
Forecast and curate seasonal trend stories and signature color palettes.
Build tech packs and construction guides that ensure design integrity.
Partner with global vendors to solve technical and material challenges.
Partner with leadership to balance creativity with SKU targets and brand success.
Maintain and organize development samples both physically and digitally.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion/Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related.
5+ years work experience in design in home textiles, décor, furniture, or accessories.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop (CAD, mappings, pattern repeats).
Strong understanding of color theory, print/pattern design, and material selection.
Strong technical knowledge of construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
