We are growing.
We need someone who can run a sales process, handle operations, and take responsibility for results.
This is a frontline role. You are managing the room, speaking with leads, and closing. You will step into a structured system with real demand. Your job is to execute it at a high level.
You will start on the front line running sales and operations, and grow into the Sales Manager role based on performance.

Compensation
$25–$35/hour base + performance incentives
Clear path to Sales Manager compensation based on results
Schedule
Evenings and weekends required
The role
You run the sales process every day. You speak with leads, understand what they need, and move them to a decision.
At the same time, you manage the front desk and studio flow during your shift. That includes handling check-ins, keeping accounts accurate, and staying on top of follow-ups and communication.
You are switching between conversations and operations without losing control of either. Everything is tracked. Everything is followed through.

Consistent conversion. Clear conversations. Clean execution.
You know your numbers and where you stand. You take ownership of outcomes and improve through repetition.
Who this is for
You have sales experience and are comfortable closing. You stay organized while handling multiple things at once and don’t lose focus when the room gets busy.
You are direct, accountable, and comfortable being measured by results.
