Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to reach specific audiences effectively.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; optimize strategies based on data insights.
Coordinate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and craft compelling stories that enhance public perception.
Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and maintaining consistent content delivery.
Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for content visibility; incorporate best practices for social media marketing to maximize reach.
Oversee e-commerce integrations by promoting products through creative campaigns; utilize photography and video editing skills to produce captivating visuals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager; ability to develop targeted ad campaigns.
Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding techniques.
Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams including PR, sales, and creative departments.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that drive online sales growth.
Ability to analyze data insights critically to refine marketing tactics continuously; strong attention to detail in proofreading and content accuracy.
