Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in vendor and client management to join our dynamic team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, with a strong focus on vendor management and client relationships. Your primary goal will be to attract and hire top IT talent while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and staffing agencies.
Collaborate with vendors to understand their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements (SLAs).
Regularly review vendor performance, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide feedback to optimize partnerships.
Track vendor metrics, including quality of candidates, time-to-fill, and cost-effectiveness, to ensure adherence to SLAs.
Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and drive improvements in vendor performance and deliverables.
Client Management:

Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
Regularly update clients on recruitment progress, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional recruitment services to existing clients.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding processes to secure successful placements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the recruitment database.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on vendor and client management.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
