Overview:
The Inventory Labourer (Parts/Warehouse) picks and distributes parts to production staff, assists the Inventory Parts Lead with the organization and control of parts in the inventory area, and supports all inventory warehousing activities.
Responsibilities/Duties
Pick valves and work order items using parts picker or forklift.
Review and make corrections on work order items.
Bag parts and stock accordingly e.g., making parts kits.
Wash parts and break down crates.
Perform inventory cycle counts in the inventory area.
Sort, move and organize inventory.
Ensure inventory area is clean and tidy.
Handle paperwork.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to operate Forklifts and other machinery (forklift and fall arrest training provided).
Experience working in a warehouse setting.
Knowledge of product and parts picking.
Basic mathematics and computer skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Other Key Considerations
Previous related work experience is an asset (instrumentation, parts picking, warehousing, and/or inventory).
Drug and Alcohol Testings: CVS Controls is committed to maintaining a safe and drug free work environment. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is a mandatory requirement for all prospective employees.
Fitness-to-Work Testings: A pre-employment fitness evaluation will be required for positions involving physical tasks.
All testing procedures will be conducted by a third party in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, test results will be shared internally on a need to know basis only.
Wage: Ranges from $20.00 - $26.00/hr, based on skills and experience.
