Internet Education Enrollment Marketing Specialist
Panda Education Ltd, located in Christchurch, New Zealand, is dedicated to providing high-quality online education services to Chinese students from Year 1 to 13 in New Zealand and Australia. We offer courses in various school entrance exams and competitions (NCEA, ICAS, etc.), as well as Chinese language education. As we actively expand our market, we are seeking an experienced social media marketing expert to help us attract more students through multiple platforms.
Job Description:
We are looking for an internet education enrollment marketing specialist proficient in both Western and Chinese social media platforms. You will be engaged on a contract basis, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online marketing strategy to boost student enrollment and ensure our courses reach the target customers across New Zealand and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ad strategies on Western platforms like YouTube, Google, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and student conversions
Leverage Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) for targeted marketing
Optimize ad campaigns across platforms, analyze performance, and make data-driven improvements
Collaborate with the team to plan and create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize the paid advertising budget to ensure cost-effective marketing
Work closely with the teaching team to drive engagement through both online and offline events
Requirements:
Proven experience in running ad campaigns on Western platforms (YouTube, Google, Facebook) with a successful track record
Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) and their advertising strategies
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams
Passionate about the education industry and capable of understanding the needs of target audiences
Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Self-driven, with excellent time management and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful online marketing experience in the education sector is a plus
Experience with SEO/SEM optimization and content marketing strategies is preferred
Contract Details:
Contract-based position, not full-time
