Desired Candidate Profile: International voice experience in Customer service (Billing) [ Basic Technical Sales] candidates are Preferred freshers. (Graduate)
· In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Changes, Due date, Prorate charges, Auto-Pay Surcharges, Service charges, and taxes)
· Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product QA.
· Interest in learning new technologies.
· Experience promoting and/or selling products and services.
· Demonstrated communication skills.
